100+ Women Who Care
Sanibel Captiva
How much good can you accomplish in an hour?
100 Women - $100 - 1 Hour - 1 SanCap Nonprofit Recipient - $10,000
Our Mission
Our mission is to reach out and help our community with more than 100 women each pledging to contribute $100 three times a year to our local community. Organizations being considered for distribution of these funds must be on Sanibel or Captiva, a nonprofit 501(c)3 with a mission to build community bridges rather than sow division. The goal is to keep it local and have an impact that WE can SEE in our communities.
2025 Meeting Dates: 9AM at the Sanibel Captiva Realtors Association Building
February 4th, March 4th and April 1st: Read about the grants awarded so far!
We meet for one hour. You can nominate your favorite nonprofit. Nominate Today!
If you are selected at random, you have five minutes to pitch your nonprofit. Three nonprofits are selected.
We vote. Each member who has paid the $100 for that meeting can vote for one of three nonprofits.
We celebrate. One nonprofit will be the recipient of the grant funding, estimated at $10,000 ($100 per woman).
Ready to Get Involved?
To keep a connection with past recipients, each is invited to a meeting to share with us how our donation is, or has been, used.
Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings. No need to call ahead, just come on by! If you would like to become a giving member, please fill out the commitment form or pick up one at the meeting. We will meet on the first Tuesday of the month beginning in February 2025!
