February 10th, March 10th and April 7th: Read about the grants awarded so far!
We meet for one hour.
You can nominate your favorite Sanibel Captiva nonprofit at the monthly meeting.
To be eligible to receive funding, organizations must:
Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with an active EIN
Be located on Sanibel or Captiva, or directly serve the Sanibel and Captiva community
If you are selected at random, you have five minutes to pitch your nonprofit. Three nonprofits are selected. YOU must pitch if selected.
We vote. Each member who has paid the $100 for that meeting can vote for one of three nonprofits.
We celebrate. One nonprofit will be the recipient of the grant funding, estimated at $10,000 ($100 per woman).
